03What you need by property type
Apartment essentials
Mainly indoor detection: doors, windows and motion on real entry paths. Four setups with prices incl. installation — outdoor sensors are usually not the base here.
Townhouse essentials
Same strong base as an apartment (Hub, motion detector, siren), plus optional terrace or small garden. Four setups with prices; outdoor detection is custom on site.
Villa essentials
Indoor base, outdoor detection on garden and driveway almost always relevant. Four setups with prices incl. installation; type and number of sensors we decide during the home visit.

AJAX Grade 2 Baseline
The product line we install every day: hubs, controls, sirens and all relevant indoor and outdoor Baseline sensors.

AJAX Superior Grade 3
The highest wireless AJAX line: Superior Hub G3, Grade 3 products and maximum sabotage protection for demanding sites.
AJAX video surveillance (wired)
Baseline wired IP cameras: BulletCam, TurretCam and DomeCam Mini — Standard, HL and HLVF. For new builds or existing Cat6a cabling.
AJAX video surveillance (Wi-Fi)
Wi-Fi cameras without Ethernet: IndoorCam now available (4 MP, PIR + AI, backup via hub). More Ajax Wi-Fi models expected early 2027.
AJAX DoorBell (video doorbell)
Video doorbell with 4 MP, PIR + AI, two-way audio and live view in the Ajax app. Strengthens the front door; not a replacement for outdoor detection.
