Watch out for teaser rates from subscription salespeople

We work without a subscription — you pay once and you own the system. In Spain you often meet a different story first: a representative promises “free installation” and a low monthly fee. That is often a teaser rate in the advertising. After a few months the monthly cost rises, while the equipment stays rented. The average customer quickly pays around €70 per month for an indoor-only system that offers little protection against sabotage, such as radio jamming. Many people regret it within a year.

Remarkably often, such a salesperson is already at the door on the day you collect the keys. That is no coincidence: you are excited and overwhelmed — an ideal sales moment. Their commission usually follows when you sign, not when you later have real security. Whether the system survives sabotage is rarely the first topic. How we work

No salesperson or representative visits you — the technician who will later install the system does. Someone who knows from practice what works and what is false security. The advice aims to prevent burglary, not to close a contract or earn commission. If the protection fails, we feel it personally: a successful break-in at one of our installations is the last thing we want. That commitment is rare with commission-driven salespeople: they steer toward a signature and a monthly fee — not toward what happens when it matters.

Check prices and basic components

On our starter kit page you can see which basic parts an alarm system has — hub, indoor sensors, siren, alerts on your phone — and what they cost, including professional installation. Outdoor detection is not listed with a fixed price: that is custom work and we only determine it on site, depending on your home and plot.

Book a no-obligation home visit

Call, send a WhatsApp or fill in our home visit request form. We schedule an appointment within 24 hours at a time that suits you. An indication of your budget helps — then we know immediately whether extensive outdoor detection is realistic.

On-site survey and quote

We assess your home on site: driveway, garden, doors, windows and weak spots. Not only the type of property decides indoor vs outdoor detection — your budget matters too. Indoor detection is much more affordable; outdoor detection is far more effective and truly helps prevent a break-in. We then recommend the right components and prepare a clear quote. No pressure — you decide.

Same-day installation if you agree

Happy with the proposal? We usually install the same day — all common components are in our service van. For apartments we prefer to combine advice and installation in one visit.

Explanation, demonstration and aftercare

Once all sensors and other components are fitted, we install the app on every phone you want to use. Together we create your user account and transfer the system into your name — you own it and remain the owner. Then we demonstrate the system and explain how you receive alerts.

Questions later? We can look along remotely if needed, so we have the right details to help you straight away. Your system stays protected against signal jamming, with no monthly fees.

How much time should you plan?

We visit for advice and a tailored quote. On average we leave after half an hour. No installation, no obligation — unless you decide on the spot to have us install straight away.

Installation (same day or scheduled separately)

Agree with the proposal? Then we stay and finish everything — fitting, app, account transfer and demonstration. Allow for:

Apartment: maximum 1 hour in total.
Detached villa: on average 2 to a maximum of 4 hours in total.

With a villa you do not have to decide immediately. Prefer advice only first and installation later? That is fine — just mention it when you book.

Payment (only after installation): cash afterwards, or by bank transfer within a few days.
