Comparing mainly on price? Also look at what happens after installation. Many providers only help via a phone line afterwards — or not at all. With us, a technician visits your home for the first 2 years to answer questions or adjust the system. No remote call centre, no separate subscription: included as standard.

SIM card as backup: a SIM card says nothing about quality
Many customers compare like this: ‘The other provider also has a SIM card, so that system is just as reliable.’ That sounds logical, but misses what matters in practice. In Spain burglars also regularly cut power via the open meter cupboard — precisely to silence your alerts.
It is not the SIM tick that counts — the whole system must keep working
For some providers a SIM card only means a link to a monitoring centre or a subscription that continues.
