They discussed their findings with me and provided a plan of the requirements. Having agreed with them their plan, they set-to installing the plan. I can now enjoy viewing my property inside and out with intruder alarm cameras and video door bell along with an APP for my mobile phone 24*7*366 if its a leap year. Great System and a Great Service. These are really smart guys who know what they’re doing. What works – what doesn’t? Do you need to connect to a control room? Why yes – why not?

Where are the vulnerable spots in your home? What are potential burglars looking for? How do you keep an eye on them? What do you do about it? Where do we place the cameras? Where do we put the laser protection? How do we do this without you overpaying?
They provide amazing service too.
Connection issues? We’ll sort it out. Break-in attempt? We’ll take a look with you. Always striving for improvement. That’s what matters.
We read a lot about those well-known big companies installing alarm systems, including the many negative reviews (especially regarding costs and subscription cancellations).
When we dug deeper, we stumbled upon the Best Alarm System website. After reading about how this system works, we realized that the “direct police contact” touted by other companies adds no real value.
What does add value are the outdoor alarms with infrared detectors and cameras. You get an instant alert on your phone when someone enters the detection zone, and you can immediately check your camera (even rewind) to see who it was. You can then call the police yourself – or not – because most burglars take off as soon as they hear the outdoor alarm, triggered when they cross an infrared detection zone.
The outdoor cameras are mounted at strategic spots in our garden, not immediately visible to intruders. A brilliant idea! Inside, we hardly have any infrared sensors left (and definitely none of those ugly door/window contacts) – just at two key passage points.
The alarm system used is also highly customizable (to personal preferences, with lots of options). Burglars are caught on camera long before they get inside – fantastic!
The installation went quickly and smoothly, communication was punctual and fast from the start, and the aftercare is outstanding. The team responds to our questions instantly, and part of our learning process happened post-installation, hands-on. Truly AMAZING work here (this was the third home we’ve had an alarm system installed in, so we have some basis for comparison), perfect consultation about the setup (what, where, and why), clear instructions during and after installation, very attentive aftercare, and a price that quickly pays itself back compared to a “subscription” with a big-name company. Worth a 5/5.

Upon arrival, they first thoroughly inspected my home to install the most efficient alarm system possible. Whenever there was any doubt, they consulted each other and, together with me, devised a comprehensive alarm plan. Truly top-notch – thinking it through before acting. After the final test, they made an adjustment, ensuring they were satisfied with the entire setup too.
I could see they worked with passion and dedication. I haven’t needed aftersales support yet, but if I do, I’m fully confident in them. A company I can definitely recommend for keeping promises, a solid plan of action, and a professional installation.

After a few months of experience with the system, we’re very satisfied with not only how the team carried out the installation but also the follow-up and initial guidance they provided in ‘working with the system’. In our case, there were a few ‘hiccups’ with the system.
Thanks to the highly accurate way the team (especially our main contact) handled these issues – and continues to – we’ve experienced no inconvenience at all. In short, we wholeheartedly recommend this company!
