Ik heb een volledig alarmsysteem in mijn woning laten aanleggen door Best Alarm systeem. Dit tot grote tevredenheid. In het voortraject werd ik accuraat geïnformeerd door Jeroen. Op de dag van de installatie kwamen Pascal en Jeroen keurig op tijd. In Spanje is dat echt wel een pluspunt. Bij binnenkomst werd eerst mijn woning goed bekeken om een zo efficiënt mogelijke alarminstallatie te installeren. Bij twijfel gingen beiden met elkaar in overleg en werd in onderling overleg met mij een compleet alarmplan gemaakt. Echt top, eerst nadenken en dan pas doen. Na de eindtest werd er nog een aanpassing uitgevoerd, waardoor beiden ook tevreden waren over de complete installatie. Ik heb gezien dat zij met passie en gezonde overgaven hun werk deden. Ik heb nog geen gebruik hoeven te maken van de aftersales, maar mocht dit toch nodig zijn, dan heb ik daar alle vertrouwen in. Een bedrijf die ik zeker kan aanraden wat betreft: nakomen van afspraken, goed plan van aanpak en een professionele installatie.

Wij kregen dit contact via-via. Dat is al een goed teken. Dit zijn echt slimme jongens die weten wat ze doen. Wat werkt - wat werkt niet? Moet je bij een meldkamer aansluiten? Waarom wel - waarom niet? Ze denken met je mee. Delen al hun ervaring op dit gebied. Waar zitten de gevoelige punten in jouw huis? Waar gaan eventuele inbrekers naar op zoek? Hoe houd je die in de gaten? Wat doe je daarmee? Waar plaatsen we de camera's? Waar plaatsen we de laserbescherming? Hoe doen we dat zonder dat jij teveel betaalt? Ze geven daarbij een geweldige service. Problemen met de connectie? Dat lossen we op. Inbraakpoging? We kijken even mee. Altijd op zoek naar verbetering. Dat is wat telt.

Where are the vulnerable spots in your home? What are potential burglars looking for? How do you keep an eye on them? What do you do about it? Where do we place the cameras? Where do we put the laser protection? How do we do this without you overpaying?
They provide amazing service too.
Connection issues? We’ll sort it out. Break-in attempt? We’ll take a look with you. Always striving for improvement. That’s what matters.
We read a lot about those well-known big companies installing alarm systems, including the many negative reviews (especially regarding costs and subscription cancellations).
When we dug deeper, we stumbled upon the Best Alarm System website. After reading about how this system works, we realized that the “direct police contact” touted by other companies adds no real value.
What does add value are the outdoor alarms with infrared detectors and cameras. You get an instant alert on your phone when someone enters the detection zone, and you can immediately check your camera (even rewind) to see who it was. You can then call the police yourself – or not – because most burglars take off as soon as they hear the outdoor alarm, triggered when they cross an infrared detection zone.
The outdoor cameras are mounted at strategic spots in our garden, not immediately visible to intruders. A brilliant idea! Inside, we hardly have any infrared sensors left (and definitely none of those ugly door/window contacts) – just at two key passage points.
The alarm system used is also highly customizable (to personal preferences, with lots of options). Burglars are caught on camera long before they get inside – fantastic!
The installation went quickly and smoothly, communication was punctual and fast from the start, and the aftercare is outstanding. The team responds to our questions instantly, and part of our learning process happened post-installation, hands-on. Truly AMAZING work here (this was the third home we’ve had an alarm system installed in, so we have some basis for comparison), perfect consultation about the setup (what, where, and why), clear instructions during and after installation, very attentive aftercare, and a price that quickly pays itself back compared to a “subscription” with a big-name company. Worth a 5/5.

Upon arrival, they first thoroughly inspected my home to install the most efficient alarm system possible. Whenever there was any doubt, they consulted each other and, together with me, devised a comprehensive alarm plan. Truly top-notch – thinking it through before acting. After the final test, they made an adjustment, ensuring they were satisfied with the entire setup too.
I could see they worked with passion and dedication. I haven’t needed aftersales support yet, but if I do, I’m fully confident in them. A company I can definitely recommend for keeping promises, a solid plan of action, and a professional installation.

After a few months of experience with the system, we’re very satisfied with not only how the team carried out the installation but also the follow-up and initial guidance they provided in ‘working with the system’. In our case, there were a few ‘hiccups’ with the system.
