The Superior Grade 3 solution
The Superior Grade 3 solution from Ajax Systems is designed to protect the most demanding sites — from banks and jewellery stores to critical infrastructure, and increasingly also high-value villas. The solution includes wired and wireless products for intrusion protection: quick to install, simple to set up and maintainable remotely via the Ajax apps. Every device is thoroughly tested and certified to EN 50131 (Grade 3), confirming compliance with the strictest globally recognised security standard.
The system can be tailored to the specific needs of each project. Choose a fully wireless or wired system, or build a hybrid installation with both. Ajax hubs make it possible to scale systems of any size: from compact installations with only a few devices to large projects with hundreds of wired and wireless devices in one system. Products for video surveillance, automation, fire safety and — where appropriate — third-party devices can be integrated with Superior Grade 3 into one powerful security solution.

Who is Superior Grade 3 intended for?
Well suited
- Owners of large villas, estates or homes with multiple floors and valuable contents.

- Situations where insurer, business operations or own risk policy impose higher requirements.
- Owners who want to seriously cover sabotage, masking and jamming — on top of standard Grade 2.
- Homes where outdoor detection can be added later; indoor forms the Grade 3 core for now.

What makes Grade 3 different from a standard subscription?
A door-to-door representative usually demonstrates a commercial package: limited sensors, contract, call centre and hardware not built for Grade 3 requirements. AJAX Superior is designed for professional installation and must meet strict European standards for burglar alarm systems.
Grade 3 requires, among other things, anti-masking, tamper detection, jamming detection, spoofing protection and communication failure within seconds. Superior Jeweller is the first wireless protocol to meet this bar — with encrypted two-way communication, frequency hopping and polling from 12 seconds.

Superior Jeweller G3 vs. standard Jeweller
Important: Superior G3 devices and standard Jeweller sensors can work together in one ecosystem. For the core of a Grade 3 installation we use the Superior line; for adjacent rooms or extensions, regular AJAX sensors can be a logical addition.
The difference lies in protocol, sabotage layers and certification: Superior Jeweller is built for Grade 3, with stricter requirements for masking, tampering and connection monitoring. Standard Jeweller is excellent for Grade 2 — but it is not the same level as what you see below.

Superior StreetSiren Plus G3 Jeweller

Wireless — with the reliability of wired
Many clients ask: “Is wireless really as reliable as wired?” With Superior Grade 3 the answer is: for this application, yes — provided it is professionally designed and placed. The system uses two-way communication, encryption, frequency hopping against jamming, authentication against spoofing and polling every 12 seconds. Connection loss is reported within 36 seconds.
That is exactly the kind of redundancy you know from a wired Grade 3 system — only without structural intervention. For a villa in Spain that means: no chases in marble or plasterwork, yet the same serious protection level.
