Basis for all homes · essentials

What do I need to secure my home?

Many customers ask: “What do you recommend?” This is our standard advice for apartment, townhouse and villa — the base we almost always install in practice. Optional outdoor detection (garden, terrace, driveway) we tailor during the home visit.

Differences between property types rarely sit in this base, more in add-ons. More on townhouse or villa.

Our standard advice

Hub 2 Plus · MotionCam PHoD · StreetSiren — including installation and 2 years on-site service. Warning signs (up to 3) included as standard.

Why this standard advice?

Hub 2 Plus has Wi-Fi and 4G: you place the hub where mobile reception is strongest, not only next to the router. MotionCam PHoD sends a photo to your phone on alarm — just like a regular MotionCam. The difference is PHoD (Photo on Demand): you can also request a photo manually, even when the alarm is off or there is no break-in. Useful to check everything is fine while you are in the Netherlands. StreetSiren is outdoors and audible for neighbours and the street; that is stronger deterrence than an indoor siren alone.

Want the lowest entry price first? Start with MotionProtect + HomeSiren on one of the budget packages. Photo on alarm and outdoor siren can be added later.

Best Alarm System warning sign

Included as standard

Warning sign on the facade

Visible security is the first deterrent. With every installation we mount warning signs on the facade as standard — so everyone can see the property is protected, before any sensor or siren acts.

Free — up to 3 signs per installation

Format of your choice: A3, A4 or A5. You decide which size we mount. The colour of the signs is always the same with us.

Prefer a lower entry price?

The packages below also work, but lack photo on alarm and/or outdoor siren. You can always upgrade later.

Same sensor and indoor siren; the difference is the hub.

Optional: extra sound and control

Our standard advice already includes the StreetSiren. Do you have a budget package with HomeSiren, or want even more sound or a remote key fob? You can add these products.

Extra HomeSiren

€ 79,-excl. VAT • incl. installation

Indoor or outdoor siren? Budget packages include a HomeSiren indoors. In our standard advice you choose a StreetSiren outdoors. You can also have both: keep the HomeSiren and add a StreetSiren. The more sirens, the louder the alarm — and the faster an intruder leaves.

Control. By default you arm and disarm via the AJAX app on your phone. Prefer not to pick up your phone? Add a SpaceControl: a small remote on your keyring.

Do you rent out your apartment?

Tenants, cleaners and key holders need to operate the alarm easily — without your phone or multiple remotes.

KeyPad Combi

KeyPad Combi — everything in one

Instead of multiple remotes we recommend a KeyPad Combi by the front door for rentals. One device with tag reader, keypad and siren built in. Cost-wise the smartest choice: you replace a separate tag reader, indoor siren and keypad with one product (€129 incl. installation).

The downside: the siren is often outdoors at arm height and easier to sabotage. You always get an alert for that — but for rentals we always recommend an extra siren indoors or outdoors, so sabotage can never leave you with a silent alarm.

AJAX Tag wit

Tags for tenants. With an outdoor tag reader each tenant, cleaner or key holder gets their own tag (€7.50). They arm and disarm with it. In the app you can see every time someone operates the alarm.

Tenant lost a tag? No problem — remove it in the app and add a new one. A tag also has no battery that can die unexpectedly, unlike a remote. All components (except SpaceControl) are checked every 12 seconds for function and battery level.

About the prices

Amounts on this page are including installation and 2 years on-site service by our technicians on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida (excl. VAT). If something goes wrong in that period, we come to your property — no call centre or remote-only support like many other providers, but someone on site. During the home visit we agree the final setup and you receive one fixed proposal on the spot for products, placement and installation — with the option to install immediately. Advice comes from the technician who visits you, not a salesperson: over 7 years of on-site experience.
