Package B
For most apartments in Spain, Package B is the most chosen option. This package provides complete security with everything you need to protect your property.
Request installationWhat is in the package:
- 1 x Hub: Central unit with 2G or 4G support for the SIM card.
- 1 x Motion detector with built-in photocamera for added control.
🔹 Renting out your apartment? To ensure tenant privacy, the camera can be temporarily covered without affecting the alarm system’s functionality. - 1 x Motion detector without camera: For securing an additional space, e.g., a bedroom or hallway.
- 1 x Magnet contact: Mounted on the front door; the siren activates if the door opens 2 cm.
- 1 x Indoor siren: To deter intruders.
- 1 x A4 warning sign: For visible deterrence.
- App installation included: On your preferred smartphones for easy control.
Costs (incl. installation):
- Hikvision with 2G central unit: € 499,- one-time
- Hikvision with 4G central unit: € 599,- one-time
- AJAX with 4G + WiFi Hub 2 Plus: € 799,- one-time
Why do we recommend the 4G central unit? The 2G network will be phased out in 2030, meaning 4G ensures a future-proof and more reliable solution.

Tag reader
Renting out your apartment?
Consider adding a tag reader to Package B. This allows tenants to easily arm and disarm the system using a physical tag, without needing access to the app. It’s ideal for frequent tenant changes. We always recommend the 4G Hub in combination with a tag reader for maximum reliability and future-proofing.

- Hikvision Standard Tag Reader: € 135 one-time

Our Basic Package is a complete alarm system, designed specifically for apartments and small homes. It provides everything you need for professional security, with no additional components required.

SIM card in the Hub
We strongly recommend placing a SIM card in the Hub. This special SIM, designed for alarm systems, connects to any network worldwide, ensuring maximum reliability. It guarantees that alarm notifications are always sent to you, even if an intruder cuts off power and internet. This makes your system resistant to sabotage. We install this SIM card by default for maximum security.
SIM card cost: € 69 per year (excl. VAT), a small investment for constant peace of mind.
